RETURN POLICY

ITEMS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY:

  • Item must not be a "Final Sale" item.  These include but are not limited to accessories, formal wear, and sale items.
  • Item must be in resale condition.  We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, soiled, or without tags intact.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return for store credit that does not meet these requirements upon return inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How much is shipping? 

Shipping is calculated at checkout.  Shipping costs vary by shipping method.  Simply select your items and proceed to checkout to choose your shipping options.

2. When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

3. How can I track my package?

You will be provided a tracking number via email.

4. Can I preorder something that is out of stock?

No.  We stock a limited quantity of each item.  Once an item is gone, it will not be restocked.

5. Why do you only stock a limited quantity of each item?

At Mouth of the South, we don't believe everyone should be wearing the same things.  We're constantly working with new vendors to provide you with exclusive pieces to suit your personal style.
